The MSN/McAfee software is neither; it's full-featured, and is supposed to be a benefit of the paid MSN Premium service I get as part of my DSL package. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to be able to download and install software for which I'ma paying subscriber. And I am concerned that the only responses
